Saline Nasal Spray

The Story:

“Anna Jane came into my office and sat down with a smile of relief on her face. She leaned forward to me and said “Doctor, this saline nasal spray works better than anything I have ever used in my life— it works better than those expensive prescription steroid nasal sprays. I feel better than I have in a very long time.” What was she talking about?
